At Nexgen Home Finance we only do mortgages.  That is our whole business.  At the bank you tend to speak with agents that wear many hats.  Opening CD's, Checking, Savings, Auto Loans, etc.  From my customer's experience, they say it tends to make them good at many things but not excellent at one form of finance.  As a result, you should expect more expertise and accurate answers to your questions with Nexgen.  Also, with very little overhead you should expect very competitive rates with Nexgen. 

Our turn-time for pre-approvals is 24 hours.  We are able to do same day pre-approvals in certain situations, such as, another lender dropping the ball, or you are ready to write an offer.

Obviously this is one of the most immediate questions buyers and homeowners want to know.  That being said, rates are based on risk.  There is no one size fits all with loans.  To get a proper quote you will need to give a little information on your scenario such as credit score, down payment/equity, time at job, citizenship status, etc.  You DO NOT need to have your credit pulled to get a rate quote.  Most of our clients know their credit and it does not add value to pull credit.  A quick call can get you a legitimate quote.  When you have located a home then you will get an official Loan Estimate with all costs broken down as well.
